(1) After checking the ballot box in accordance with Rule 36, all the ballots in the ballot box should be broken and poured into the counting place after the ballot box used in the election held in accordance with the proportional election system. (2) When casting ballots according to sub-rule (1), the ballots of more than one polling station shall be mixed and counted at one place. In this way, before mixing the ballots, the details of the total votes cast in such polling centers should be kept separately in writing.
(3) According to this rule, before the counting of the votes, the invalid ballots should be separated and the ballots should be separated according to the party's election symbol, and the total number of ballots cast in such polling stations should be mentioned and made into a voucher.
(4) The Election Officer or the employee assigned by him shall show the blank or invalid ballot paper to the election representative or the counting representative while counting the votes. But he should not be allowed to touch or hold that ballot paper. (5) Among the ballots separated according to sub-rule (3), first the invalid ballots and then the valid ballots should be counted.
(6) After the counting of votes in all polling stations in the respective constituencies is completed, the election officer shall prepare and publish the table of counting of votes. In this way, after preparing the schedule, it will have to be deposited (7) A copy of the vote counting table prepared by the election officer as per sub-rule (6) shall be sent immediately to the office of the election officer as per rule 13.
(8) Out of the ballot papers counted by the Election Officer, the sadar and bad ballot papers should be kept separately or sealed in a bag. When sealing in this way, you must print and allow the election representative or the counting representative to print if they want to print.
(9) After the completion of the counting of votes, the election officer shall issue a certificate that the counting of votes has been completed and the electors present at the polling place shall stamp the certificate.Neither the representative nor the vote counting representative should be certified.
(10) If the election representative or the counting representative does not stamp the bill or counting table prepared in accordance with this rule, two other persons present at the polling place shall do the same.
